Star will issue a case number that must be referenced in order for an IWRA(In Warranty Return Authorization) to be issued for the repair. M-S Cash Drawer is offers extended warranty on all printers repaired at our facility. Our normal 90 day warranty can be extended to 1 full year for a
nominal fee. This extended warranty will cover the whole printer, not just what has been repaired.
