Sales Representative - POS / AIDC:
Multiple positions open in Pasadena, California, Mississauga, Ontario-Canada,
and Shannon-Ireland.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Qualify and convert leads via telephone calls to prospective Value
Added Resellers (VARs) to educate them about our products
- Visit and telephone clients to build relationships
- Perform all follow-up required to sell hardware
- Consult with, and advise, VARs regarding the most appropriate
hardware for their customers
- Prepare proposals and price quotes
- Secure and place orders with the order desk
- Follow-up with customers to assure their satisfaction
- Respond to customer's questions and solicit further sales
- Coordinate with other departments as, and when, necessary
- Regular work hours at the company office. Flexible time is possible
- Overnight travel is occasionally required (expenses paid)
Education & Experience:
We would prefer a college degree and/or suitable Point of Sale / AIDC / Healthcare / Computer industry experience. We will train the right person who has successful sales experience/skills. 2 - 5 years of sales experience would be preferred.

Customer Service Representative:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Receives and processes orders by phone, mail, fax, or email
- Emphasizes salable features and prepares sales orders that are obtained from customers
- Informs customer of unit prices, COD amounts, shipping date, anticipated delays and any other pertinent information required by the customer
- Coordinates with the warehouse/shipping departments regarding any large/unusual orders and follows up on orders to ensure delivery by specified dates
- Develop new business and sales by providing existing customers with product information to assist them in determining appropriate merchandise to purchase
- Prepares proposals to existing customers
- Builds and maintains customer relationships
Education & Experience:
- 2 - 3 years of customer service experience required
- High School Diploma or equivalent
Required Skills:
- Great planning and organizing skills
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
